How do I divert my parcel to a new address?

If your parcel is a standard size, we advise you to go to auspost.com.au, create an account, and divert your parcel to a new address. Should your order be oversized, please contact the customer service team via the contact us form, and they’ll be happy to assist you further.

Will I be notified once my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your items have been dispatched.

Standard Return & Refund FAQs

  • We have a 7-day return policy.
  • Get in touch with us within 7 days of you receiving the product to initiate the return process.
  • We will issue a full refund once we receive the products in the same condition as you received them.
  • We are also happy to exchange the product for something else if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.
  • Please email – info@sattva-world.com.au to initiate the return/exchange process.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping.

How do I initiate a return if I am not happy with my order?

Can I exchange my order for something else?

Yes. You can get in touch with us via email and we will be happy to help you with an exchange. If there is a price difference we can either offer you a store credit or refund what we owe depending on the product you want as an exchange.
